A girl, a boy, a moustache, and a pair of lips…

A little from a great photo session I did with an awesome family. This was from the last part of our shoot, while the kids were finishing of their treats. Definitely one of my favorite sections of our shoot. It perfectly portrays the, often comical and endearing, sibling interactions. Little sister was a spitfire and a ball of energy, very independent. Big brother was was a quieter guy, into books and video games, definitely with a “big brother wisdom” vibe. Stay tuned for a peek at the whole family!

A little visual eye candy today. I had to share a couple of balloon portraits from a recent shoot. Dad was a little internet shy, but I absolutely couldn’t resist the balloons! Check out my assistant and awesome balloon stylist’s pink shoes too. Anyway, I’m not afraid to admit it, I heart balloons.

Our adorable newborn shoot with little Owen has been featured on Little Bellows! If you know me you know I’m kinda a wedding blog junky. And recently I’ve been so excited to find some amazing baby and family photography blogs similar to these wedding blogs. Claire & Adam | Tokyo Couple Photography

Love this little campy shoot we did for Claire & Adam under the sakura this spring! What a cute couple. They even had a picnic, which made Adam super happy because that meant… sashimi + BEER for his photoshoot. Not so tough, if I do say so myself!

*On a side note for all my photog friends, I’m lovin’ the tilt shift 85mm! Not a big fan of the post process “tilt shift effect”, but the real thing looks amazing! Special thanks to Claire and Adam for patiently waiting while I set this up!

Kathy & Family + Tokyo Parking Lot

Sometimes we find the awesomest locations in the weirdest of places, and that’s what happened when I recently shot with Kathy and her fam on their visit to Tokyo. I absolutely fell in love with this awesome wall located in, of all things, a parking lot! (Um, and who said I didn’t like a good black & white!?) We got some of my personal favorite images and some of our most artistic images from our shoot in this area. What really made the images a “step above” is, of course, all the love ♥♥♥!

Mama’s Boys | Tokyo Urban Baby Shoot

A few shots from my adventures around town with the ladies of Tokyo Urban Baby for their shoot last month. Kate and Tomoko hit some of Tokyo’s cool neighborhoods with their adorable little mama’s boys. Peruse the Tokyo Urban Baby Blog for all the info you could ever need about getting around Tokyo with a little one of your own. Molly | Tokyo Baby Photography

Sweet, adorable Molly was all bright eyed and bushy tailed for her photo shoot! Molly made her grand entrance a little early and mom & dad had to forgo their originally scheduled maternity shoot for a newborn shoot. No worries though, I always think three is better than two & a half  ♥♥♥.
